Andrew joined Retina Consultants of America (RCA) in June of 2021 to focus on the accounting integrations for newly acquired practices. In 2025, Andrew assumed the role of Vice President, Controller in which he supervises the accounting functions for RCA including the accounting consolidation and reporting functions.

Prior to joining RCA, Andrew worked at Grant Thornton in which he focused on performing financial statement audits for the CIP and Transportation industries. Andrew resides in Dallas with his wife and two dogs. Outside of work Andrew enjoys mowing his lawn, tracking the local weather, and bar trivia nights.
