Shawn Harkey
SVP, Strategy & Physician Recruitment
Shawn serves as the Senior Vice President for Strategy & Physician Recruitment at Retina Consultants of America and has a successful multi-year track record in physician practice management, strategic planning, and has extensive consulting experience including time with Ernst & Young. He has overall responsibility for all aspects of the recruitment process working directly with physician candidates, and is accountable to communicate strategic initiatives at all levels throughout the organization and to each partner practice at RCA.
Janet Frongillo
Director, Physician Recruitment
Janet serves as the Director of Physician Recruitment at Retina Consultants of America and has over a decade of physician recruitment experience, having previously worked as Director of Physician Recruitment at a hospital system in New Hampshire during a time of rapid growth. She is an active member of the Association for Advancing Provider and Physician Recruitment (AAPPR) and holds the certification of Certified Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) and is continually striving to increase her industry knowledge. At RCA, she collaborates closely with Shawn and the partner practices forecasting their needs, executing a professional recruitment strategy, and most importantly, ensuring candidates enjoy a concierge level recruitment experience.
