Prior to joining RCA, he worked at U.S. Dermatology Partners as Director of Corporate Development, at Sawaya Partners as an Investment Banking Analyst, and at Bank of America where he completed the firm’s Corporate Audit Analyst Program. Gavin reports directly to RCA’s CEO Robby Grabow, was educated at Wake Forest University and is a CFA charterholder.
