Most recently, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer of Eyecare Services Partners (ESP), a Harvest Partners portfolio company in the vertically integrated ophthalmology space. He managed all aspects of the company’s financial areas including accounting, financial planning, and treasury functions.

Prior to ESP, Marked worked several senior financial leadership roles in the healthcare industry including Dental DSO and kidney dialysis joint ventures. Further, he was the founder and CFO for a healthcare management company providing long-term skilled nursing, hospice, and assisted living services in Texas and Florida.

Mark received his BS in Accounting, with honors, from Wichita State University and began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen where he obtained his CPA certification.
